Do you guarantee the grant?+
No one honest can. Funders decide, not us. What we guarantee: a compliant, complete, on-time submission written to the reviewer's rubric — the parts you can actually control, done right.
How much lead time do you need?+
Two to three weeks for a full narrative is comfortable. Tighter deadlines get quoted case by case. Send the RFP and the due date — we'll tell you the same day whether it's doable.
What do you need from us to start?+
The RFP or funder link, your program details, last year's budget, and any prior proposals. We build a checklist from there and tell you exactly what's still missing.
Can I buy just one part?+
Yes. The ledger prices each service on its own — budget only, evaluation plan only, a compliance review of your own draft. Hire the piece you're stuck on.
How does billing work?+
Per submission for one-off work, monthly for the retainer. Half up front, half at filing on the full write. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ACH, or check. You get a fixed number before we begin.
Do you work outside Fayetteville?+
We're based at 429 Rollingwood Cir in Fayetteville and work with teams anywhere by email and call. The RFP doesn't care where the writer sits — and neither do we.
